Refund Policy
For school classes, should the school close for a period of 2 weeks or more, then a refund for missed sessions only will be issued. We are unable to offer refunds where the class is still running – even if your child is unwell, self-isolating or has forgotten to attend a session, as we need to pay for staff and room hire.
For studio classes, full refunds will be issued if a person is unable to attend a pre-booked session due to illness or self-isolation, in all other circumstances we will issue a credit note or a sew-at-home kit.
For studio-based term time club
Refunds will only be given should Sew What? notify you that the club is unable to run for whatever reason, or if government Covid-19 guidelines change.
In the instance whereby sessions are missed due to an individual’s illness or through self-isolation, a sewing kit will be made available and delivered free of charge (Local TW1 & TW2 postcodes only).
